Route description! This is how your Wetterkreuzkogel ski tour looks like on a map

The starting point is the parking lot below the reservoir of Kühtai on the right side at a bus stop/small bridge (stop Issbrücke). The ascent first leads through the mountain forest along the summer path to the clearing of the Obere Issalm (1930m). Keep left of the stream and follow the flat Wörgetal valley. At the end of the valley in a long right turn to a ridge. It now becomes increasingly steeper until finally reaching the summit plateau of the Wetterkreuzkogel (2591m). 

The entire tour is not very steep and is also suitable for beginners. However, you should be able to ski. The entrance in the forest can be a bit icy in parts and is the most difficult part of the tour

The descent is along the ascent path. If you like it a little steeper, you can see all the possibilities already on the ascent and discover them best on your own.
